Our mission from the beginning has been to provide the most durable work clothes ever from the highest quality fabrics available.

Designed to outlast the competition and perform at a higher level. And if something doesn’t function as it should, we’ll get right to work with our needles and thread to make it right for you.

Every product that we manufacture comes with our full support in terms of its quality, craftsmanship, and functionality. In the unlikely event that one of our goods does not live up to your standards, we will make every effort to set things right by providing you with a credit, a replacement, or a repair.

We cannot replace or repair anything that have been damaged due to natural wear and use, improper care, or abuse. Howsiki disclaims any responsibility for clothing that have been modified in any way. We reserve the right to assess a fair and comprehensible fee for routine maintenance and repairs.

What we repair

  • Zippers on pants, coveralls, coats
  • Holes with patches on workwear made of twill and denim
  • Buttons and snaps on pants, coveralls and coats.

HOW TO SUBMIT A REPAIR WORK ORDER

In order to book your repair, you can either contact our Customer Service team or fill out the online repair form. Either way, we will be pleased to assist you in navigating the process. Before submitting your gear for inspection, please wash it and dry it well. After that, it will take approximately four to five weeks for us to finish the repairs.
